Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ZOLO IT & RESEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services Provided

ZOLO IT & RESEARCH provides technology services including web development, mobile application development, cloud architecture, and IT research consulting. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for specific engagements are defined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of agreed fees, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project. All proprietary frameworks, libraries, tools, and methodologies developed by ZOLO IT & RESEARCH remain our exclusive intellectual property.

Our brand, logo, and website content are protected under applicable intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without written consent.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding payments exceeding 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZOLO IT & RESEARCH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate immediately in cases of breach of these terms or non-payment.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
